The teacher Alessia Luisa will guide the students in the preparation of modern desserts, in single portions and in cakes using only vegetable ingredients. They are VEGAN pastries of excellent taste and feature.
It will be structured in practical and theoretical lessons, with the comparison between traditional pastry ingredients and alternative ones, thus also teaching the balancing of ingredients.
It will be a course based on respecting food intolerances (lactose and more) in addition to those who have chosen to be vegan.
